On Saturday, September 27, 2025, cyclists of all ages and skill levels will hit the streets for the annual Tour D’Aldershot—a community ride that brings people together while supporting local initiatives that make a real difference.
This year’s ride benefits Next Door Social Space & Kitchen and Rolling Horse Community Cycle, two organizations deeply committed to strengthening our community.
Next Door Social Space & Kitchen works to build a welcoming community grounded in trust and respect. They provide on-site meals several times a week and prepare healthy meals that are distributed through local partners to support neighbors facing socioeconomic challenges. Beyond food, Next Door offers social activities that help create connections and a sense of belonging for everyone in the community.
Rolling Horse Community Cycle is a non-profit bicycle shop making cycling safe and affordable for all. From full-service repairs and refurbished bike sales to youth drop-ins, mechanic training, community clinics, and school programs, they empower people to ride confidently and get involved. Volunteers and bike donations are always welcome!
The Tour D’Aldershot has routes for every rider—from the 80 km challenge to the family-friendly 3 km “do it your way” ride/walk/scooter on the Francis Road Bike Path. And after the ride? A community BBQ brings everyone together to celebrate the effort, the fun, and the positive impact made.
By riding, you’re helping build stronger connections in Aldershot, supporting neighbors in need, and making cycling accessible and safe for all.
