You'll be guided through an exquisite multi-course feast by the celebrated Chef Joseph Shawana (Anishinaabe, Odawa). The menu will feature seasonal and heritage ingredients, perfectly paired with selections from Southbrook Vineyards.
The evening is about more than just amazing food and wine! It’s an immersive cultural event featuring live storytelling and music by Ron Thomas (Six Nations), plus fascinating insights into Anishinaabe foodways and traditions.
