Burlington 365
365 Network
Burlington is full of people quietly building something — the founder launching a first product, the creative shaping local culture, the professional pushing their industry forward. Most of the time, these people never meet. They're in different rooms, different circles, different corners of the city.
We're changing that.
Today, Burlington 365 is officially opening applications for The Burlington Club — a private, members-only community built for entrepreneurs, creatives, local leaders, and engaged citizens who want more than surface-level networking. We're looking for people who want real connection, real conversation, and a real hand in shaping what Burlington becomes next.
Why We Built This
Anyone who's been to a typical networking event knows the drill: a room full of business cards, small talk that goes nowhere, and a follow-up email that never gets a reply. That's not what we're building.
The Burlington Club exists to bridge the gap between digital collaboration and curated real-world experience — making sure members are always in the right room, and the right group chat. It's a community of local founders, professionals, and creators who'd rather have five meaningful conversations than fifty forgettable ones.
What the Club Stands For
Everything about the Club is built around five core ideas:
High-Signal Connection — no noise, no small talk. Every interaction, online or in person, is meant to be worth your time.
Proactive Contribution — this isn't a community of spectators. Members are expected to bring energy and expertise to the table, not just take from it.
Curated Access — membership is intentionally vetted, so you're always surrounded by people who challenge your thinking.
Digital Fluidity, Physical Depth — a constant digital pulse through the group chat, punctuated by high-octane in-person events built for real human chemistry.
Future-Oriented Leadership — members aren't just reacting to Burlington's current landscape. They're helping architect what's next for the local economy, culture, and community.
What You Get as a Member
Joining The Burlington Club means access to:
A private group chat, run on Signal, for day-to-day connection with the community
Intimate events designed for real conversation, not crowded mixers
A trusted network of driven, community-minded people
Member-connected opportunities — collaborations, introductions, and openings that come from being in the right circle
Who It's For
The Club is for people who lead with intention. If you're launching something bold, shaping culture through your work, or redefining what's possible in your field — this is built for you. It's not for everyone, and that's by design. The value of the community comes from who's in it.
How to Join
Membership is application-based, and we're currently accepting Founding Member applications — a chance to help shape the Club from the ground up.
The process is simple:
Apply through the Club page.
Each application is reviewed individually by our founding team.
Strong fits will hear back with next steps, which may include a short conversation or an invite to a private event before final acceptance.
Note that membership comes with an annual investment to help maintain the quality of the experience and support Club operations — details are shared during the application process. You'll also need Signal, since that's where the private group chat lives.
Build Up Yourself, Not By Yourself
That's the idea at the heart of all of this. Burlington has no shortage of talented, ambitious people — what's been missing is the room where they all show up. The Burlington Club is that room.
If you're community-minded, growth-oriented, and looking for a network that actually pushes you forward, we'd love to hear from you.
