Canada’s biggest night in music is heading to Hamilton. The Juno Awards will take place on March 29, 2026, bringing some of the country’s top artists, industry leaders, and fans together for a week-long celebration of Canadian music.
The nationally televised ceremony will be held at TD Coliseum, putting Hamilton in the spotlight as the host city for the 55th annual awards.
A Week Celebrating Canadian Music
While the awards show is the main event, the celebration actually spans several days. JUNO Week, running from March 26 to March 29, will feature concerts, industry events, and live music happening across the city.
Some of the highlights include JUNOfest, a multi-venue festival showcasing emerging and established Canadian artists, as well as the popular JUNO Songwriters’ Circle, where artists perform stripped-down sets and share the stories behind their songs.
Fans can also expect concerts, industry panels, and community events leading up to the big night.
Major Performances and Big Honours
The 2026 show will be hosted by comedian Mae Martin and is expected to feature performances from major Canadian artists including Arkells, The Beaches, Daniel Caesar, and William Prince.
Legendary Canadian icon Joni Mitchell will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award, while pop star Nelly Furtadowill be inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.
A Big Moment for Hamilton
Hosting the JUNOS is a major cultural moment for Hamilton. The event is expected to draw thousands of visitors to the city while showcasing Hamilton’s growing music and arts scene on a national stage.
With concerts, performances, and events happening across multiple venues, the city will become the center of Canadian music for an entire week.
