Shake Shack, the iconic U.S. burger and milkshake chain, is expanding in a big way across the Greater Toronto Area with five new locations coming soon.
Following popular launches in downtown Toronto at Yonge-Dundas Square, Union Station, and Yorkdale Mall, the chain is now heading west—with one of the new spots confirmed for Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga. This marks Shake Shack’s first-ever location in the city.
Known for its ShackBurgers made with 100% Angus beef, crinkle-cut fries, thick milkshakes, and frozen custards, Shake Shack also offers fan favourites like the SmokeShack and Shack Stack, as well as Canadian-exclusive treats like maple-salted shakes.
This rollout is part of a much larger expansion plan that’s seeing the brand grow across North America and beyond.
With five more locations coming to the GTA, the only question left is… should Burlington be next in Shake Shack’s Canadian expansion?
