A popular Asian fusion restaurant is making its way to Burlington. Spoon and Fork, known for its blend of Japanese and Thai cuisine, is set to open a brand-new location at 1200 Brant St. in the Brant Power Centre plaza this September. The well-loved Ontario-based chain offers both à la carte and All-You-Can-Eat options and is already a hit in cities like Mississauga, Oakville, Etobicoke, and Barrie.
The new Burlington spot will move into the former Denny’s location, just north of the QEW, where renovations are already underway. “We truly believe Burlington will benefit from having a Spoon and Fork nearby,” said spokesperson Will Tsang. “We’re excited to serve and grow with this amazing community.”
The opening is seen as a major win for the Brant Power Centre. Matthew Brown of Behar Group Realty, which helped broker the lease, said the addition of Spoon and Fork, alongside new tenants like Princess Auto, brings fresh energy to the plaza. “There’s nothing like this in the area,” he added.
A liquor licence application has already been submitted, and with no public objections and municipal approvals pending, the final stages are in motion. This will mark Spoon and Fork’s seventh location in Ontario, continuing the brand’s steady expansion.
Stay tuned to Burlington 365 for the official opening date.
