Conscious Clarity Psychotherapy and Wellness is excited to welcome clients to our new home at 2321 Fairview Street, Burlington, ON.

We support teens, adults, and couples seeking counselling and therapy for a wide range of needs, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and caregiver or healthcare-related burnout and fatigue. Our therapists also work extensively with concerns such as perfectionism, substance dependency, addictive or compulsive behaviours, and women’s health issues across various life stages. 

Founded by Leanne Waugh McLean, Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor, Conscious Clarity is built on the belief that meaningful change happens in a collaborative, non-judgmental space. Our team uses an integrative, evidence-based approach through a trauma-informed lens, creating opportunities for healing and connection that are unique to each client and their personal journey. 

As a former educator, Leanne believes that knowledge creates power. When you understand the roots of your feelings, behaviours, and patterns, you gain clarity and awareness on a conscious level—and that awareness opens the door to change and growth. Sometimes, healing needs to extend beyond thinking and insight alone. That is where trauma-informed therapy becomes essential. At Conscious Clarity, we look at the whole person, offering clarity, compassion, and support as each client embraces their healing journey. 

Our Burlington therapy practice welcomes individuals, couples, and anyone ready to show up for themselves. Clients consistently share that they feel heard, supported, and empowered while working with our team.

Therapy Suite Rentals 

Conscious Clarity is also pleased to offer therapy suite rentals for therapists who would like to join a collaborative and supportive collective. Our newly renovated offices are thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything needed to create a warm, professional, and inviting space for both therapists and their clients.
